soggy spots in the yard

    a customer of mine has a couple of spots that when it rains it says real soft. kinda soggy. the grade looks fine from what i can tell. any ideas?

    I have used what I call post drains in the past and they seem to work in areas that drainage is not great. Dig a hole or holes using a post hole digger as deep as you can. Remove soil and fill with stone. Place fabric over hole 3-4 inches of soil to allow turf to grow and your set. -Harry
