just wanted to know if anyone knows of a place that professional lawn care operators can but a soil testing kit

Are you asking for soil testing equipment?
What, specifically, are you interested in testing? Other than a soil probe and a pocket pH tester, nothing else is really portable.
For a decent soil probe, Ben Meadows, BWI or Lesco should have one. Pocket pH testers, same.
