My expenses have been 30% to 35% for the last 3 years. Is this a reasonable level? I realize this would not apply to lco's with employees.

There are a lot of factors that will determine whether that is good or bad. Starting with the number of accts., what exactly you are doing to these accts. ect. Need more info. To me personally i think it may seem a little low, which is always good i suppose.

Personally, my expenses have been about 75%.

However, I have bought over $100,000 in equipment the last 2 years.

This year I am so proud of myself. My expenses are down and my net profit after expenses, payroll, etc. is around 65% of gross.

Last year I did $80,000 in gross rev, and had $20,000 in expenses. That dosen't include about $1000 of payroll.
