I have never bid on something this size before and would like a litle help.

Here is a overview of the yards. There are 25 yards. The largest yard is about 2600 sqft of turf and the smallest is about 1500sq ft of turf. All in a cul de sac. So park once and go. Some have fences and some don't. I guess you can call them walls because the are brick "fences". Various size flower beds to trim around but nothing to crazy. Mow, edge, trim, and blow once a week. We get about 32 - 36 cuts a year here. The bid sheet states (roughly):

Weekly cuts no more than 10 days apart

Pine needles twice a year (30 bales per unit) <--- the sheet states this but some yards I don't see it.

Flowers (pansies or whatever) twice a year

5 rounds of fert including lime and insect control

    Aeration (doesn't mention overseeding)

    Winterize each sprinkler system

Fix any sprinkler heads that break

Weed control (spot spraying any in the yards and flower bed

Pruning shrubs twice a year (maybe 30 mins - to an hour a yard)

So what would you guys price this as?
