How much do you pay your employees per hour?

Also what would a employee do to be promoted to a foreman? Than to a crew leader?

    Thanks in advance,

Foremen are Crew leaders. Sorry i don't discuss pay. To obtain the Crew leader status one would have to be as responsable as me and Extremely professional.

I am sure there will be a lot of input. But for us the main thing is the guy must be able to manage the workers and drive the truck. He has to have exhibited his ability to run all the equipment, trimmers, mowers, etc and do a quality job. He has to be able to locate accounts keep records of work. He also is expected to do special work like remove a tree, trim bushes, trees, and plant flowers, bushes. Our first driver had 5 years before we put him in charge the next guy was only with us 3 months before we put him in charge of a truck. We expect him to do minimal in field repairs. Like rig a rope to start mower if the recoil breaks.
