Hi. I've bought an established lawncare business about a year ago. My labor cost has gone from $100 to $110 and now to $120/$130 per day for non-drivers. I can find unskilled labor all day long for $100 to $110. But experienced workers are asking $120/$130. Fuel is already on the rise. And insurance and other costs aren't decreasing. Is this the new normal here in South Florida... OR AM I LOOKING IN ALL THE WRONG PLACES FOR LABOR? (labor... non-driver. Operator of edger, trimmer, blower, etc plus whatever mulch, sod and landscaping we need to do along the way)
