Just wanted to check one thing. I have recently noticed grease coming out of the hole on opposite side of zerk. Sometimes it builds up into a blob of grease and sometimes you will just see snakes of grease under cover. It is coming out while I am mowing. Is this a problem or did I put to much grease in it.

Mower is a Ferris 48" WB

Don't worry about it. It is a relief hole for to much grease in your spindle. If u didn't have that then u would end up blowing out the seal of the bearings inside the spindle.
