Just to be clear, Hemlock Wooly Adelgid is an insect, not a disease.

If they are infested, this is what you would see this time of year.

Two applications of horticultural oil will provide excellent results if applied properly and at the right times of the year.

How much does it take to coat a 30’ 10” diameter hemlock?

Is the hi-yield dormant spray the right stuff?

If spraying dormant oil at 5%, that’s 1 gallon oil for 20 gallons water?
