I honestly have no idea if that's even close. Its probably more like $60 per man hour.

That was my point $50 per hour $100 Per hour dont matter. You need to know how much your chemical is costing How many Gallons do you spray in 1000 sq'. I just charged the guy $100 to spray the area but it took me 4 Gallons of Chemical @ $50 per Gallon Guess what you just paid him $300 to spray the lot. So you need to test Run 1000 Sq' Spray of water time it and use that number to spray again in a ounce measuring contaner spray for same amount of Time you will now know how many Gallons of Chemical u will use for 1000 sq' now figure it out for your lot and you will also know the time. so you need to charge for Chemical and the Time.
