I have got some overseeding coming up with aerations and was wondering what setting you use for overseeding. I am using KBG applied a 3lbs/k with a lesco rotary spreader the one with 1-30 or whatever it is not the letter/number one. I will plan to use a drop spreader for areas around the flower beds so that wont be an issue. Thanks

really best way is just trial and error, it all depends how fast you walk and everything.

Can you get a scales? Can you mark on a container how much is 3 lbs, 2lbs and one lb? Put in 5 lbs and cover 1000 sqft. Weigh or meaure the remainder. Adjust and repeat.
Remember you are trying to get about 5 to 10 seeds on an area about the size of a quarter. Look at the bare ground after a pass--adjust.
