What do you guys think about spreading and spraying with a z-plugger. I am looking to purchase a machine that can be an all in one unit. I think this set-up seems to be economical at 8700. What does everyone think about this set-up. A z-spray with a pull behind aerator is a good set-up but it still will run about 8700 and i do not think it is as an efficient set-up as the z-plugger for aeration. I guess i will give and take with both set-ups.

I bought a z-plugger last fall, but with the drought we had , the only lawn I did was my own.(25,000sqft) I also have the hydro-powered spreader. The machine is a little awkward(long) for spreading on smaller lawns. I think the best, would be to buy two machines, one to aerate and a short framed one for fert/seed apps. I think the spreader mounted way out over the front caster wheel, looks awkward and blocks my view a little for aerating.
