Anyone have a standard worksheet or spreadsheet that you keep on daily, weekly basis that you have developed & keep in truck. Mine is pretty basic... Customer/Job #, address, date, service performed, paid/bill ...just wanted to see what everyone else does.

I have a similar list that I keep and use Microsoft Works Spreadsheet. I color code each line (job). One color (black) for pending quotes, one (blue)for quote accepted waiting to start, one (green) for completed, and one (red) for jobs not completed for what ever reason (qoute not accepted, cancelled, etc.). I can have over 100 jobs on my list and it is easy to miss one if they are all the same color. Or even worse, do one you should not have done!

It makes it easy to see what work is waiting to be done.
