Here are a few changes i made
well, i did add a spelling eror in there! lol but also made changes to the structure and formating of the letter. Hope that helps.

It still needs some revision and in your title it should be NJ both in caps.
Here is the letter I used last year. I am currently making revisions, as some of our services/policies have changed.
