Got my proofs for my postcards and door hangers. Only change being made is changing the website to KajunLandscaping.com

Bob @ Plan it graphics did an amazing job.

Even though my cards went out late last year(April/May) I had a great response. I'm on the ball for this year. First batch will go out 2nd to last week in Jan. once this cold front passes we will start with the door hangers. Have 10k postcards and 5k door hangers ordered.

Looks good. Hope you get a lot of calls once they go out. I like the layout and pics, well except the lawn chair one. As soon as I saw the chairs it reminded me of a pita that has the exact chairs with the table and flowers on top. I hate moving them every week.

The whole point is to the customer to call or go to our website. These designs get your attention fast. That's what I wanted for the marketing push in the new area.

Final proofs. I decided to leave tree planting & removal instead of wood fences.

I just paid for my order.
10k postcards bundled in packs of 50 (best option ever)
5k door hangers.
Printing and shipping came in at $1390.00 for
15k awesome looking marketing pieces.
Came out to $.08/piece for postcards and $.11/piece for door hangers or together as a bundle $.09/piece.

Have you taken the time, or posted elsewhere, about exact return numbers?

I was considering EDDM, but, the numbers just don't look positive enough for me to take the chance. When looking at mail routes, there are far too many addresses I doubt would hire out lawn services versus those who may. For instance, I wanted to target a lake area. That would require 7 routes at ~500 addresses each. There might be 10% of those who actually would utilize a for-hire company, because of how many humble properties are mixed in those routes. I guess, it's hard for me to swallow that kind of expense for the possibility of two or three new accounts. Any general thoughts?

Excellent, Kajan!
Why not say, "First mowing free" (with one year agreement, of course).
Grass looks better when photographed on a cloudy day.
Why not put an attractive model and cute kids and dog in the chair pic...drinking you local sweet tea or special drink for your city?
Why not put your smiling face with "Satisfaction guaranteed" across the bottom of the pic.
Ideas for next year, of course.
