One Million Dollar question: What exactly does everyone do for these services? I am assuming everyone cleans leaves, branches, etc. from the turf. Is part of this service trimming of bushes, hedges, trees, etc.? How about laying down new mulch and/or pine straw? No snow down here so that wouldn't apply. Thanks a bunch!

    For me...
Fall clean-ups are done on a weekly or biweekly basis and include mowing plus leaf removal from grass areas only.
Spring clean-up is done once right before mowing season and includes mowing plus leaf removal from grass and bed areas.
Mulch and shrubs is another service in itself although many people have this stuff done at the same time as a spring clean-up
