I picked up a new account for Bi/Monthly mowing and a Spring Clean up. The property is around 20,000 sq ft with a lot of leaves, twigs and sticker bushes around the entire property. What are some of the best ways to do a Clean Up Job? What equipment is essential? Should I bag everything? I'm just starting out in the biz so all help/advice is much appreciated..

maybe rent a vac to bag up the leaves and use your back back blower to blow them into a pile . if u have that type of blower

I guess I could use a Brush Cutter attachment for the sticker bushes..

    Are you power raking?

I haven't done any, season is just starting here, but I got customers lining up now, I don't have a Vac. Wasn't planning on getting one either though I could see where it would be handy.
I figure If I power rake, then mow it with a bagger, that should do the trick.
I also got a power broom for the sand and gravel left over by merlting snow banks.
