Average charge for clean ups??? There is no average charge...
It all depends on the amount of work.... how MUCH of a clean up?

    what's involved in your cleanup?
More importantly, how long will it take you and how much money do YOU need to show a profit?
How much $$$ do you wanna make per hour? $10,$20,$40, $100????
and then how many hours will this 50x100 foot lot take for you to clean up?

I don't wanna sound like an @ss, but it's hard for us to help you bid a clean up if YOU haven't even seen the property yet....

What do you include in your spring clean-up? Things like edgeing beds, dethatching, turning over mulch, left over leaves from the winter all must be factored in. And don't forget applicable dump charges. I try for a minimum of $125+ I can do three at this price in an 8 hr day. Good luck.

Thanks for the info, i am including all leaves cleaned up, sticks, and just getting the yard looking clean, clean out flower beds of leaves and garbage if any and will put new mulch down if needed and wanted. It would be basically a cleaning of the yard from all leaves sticks etc.

Blow and mow. I would charge about $75 with no leaf no leaf removal.
