Springfield IL stolen my whole trailer with equipment loaded

    Got them on camera. It took them an hour and a half before they could get the trailer to move. Just shows locks only keep honest people out. If you happen across any of this message me or call the Springfield Police Dept. 217-788-8311.

    That sucks. Did you post cam video online?

    Had attempted robbery and one my gf’s posted it on FB and YT etc. Caught guy ASAP.

    Been there, man....several times. Get yourself a German Shepherd or two. I got a four-legged friend years ago and haven't had any robberies at the office since. Sadly, I've still been ripped off while at clients' properties.

    I've heard more of this going on. Just taking the whole dang trailer off the truck and rolling. Hate it for you. We are taking a few more added precautions.

    Just locally a job site lost a brand new excavator to somebody coming in at night and loading it and hauling it off.

    Had a guy steal a brand new mini ex of a big job site when the police were questioning everybody the common response was they thought he was a sub he did it in broad day light in front of 30 plus people on lunch break. Caught the guy in Georgia with it lol
