I am pretty sure that is what is in my area. I have been researching it and it matches the description. I live in tampa, florida and plan on mowing this. I did a few research on it and it likes to be watered in the morning once and week and cut about 2.5" -3.0" long.

    Any other tips?
How often should I cut this?

start mow when the grass reaches 3 inches...
    mow down to 2 inches..

watch for chinchbugs, and SAD virus.

staugistine, likes a fair amount of water, and not a ton of traffic.

Also, traffic you mean walking on it?

I wouldnt mow it that short, or you wont have much of a lawn left. No lower then 3.5 inches.
