Get your own postal meter for the office. It has worked great for us the last two years. No more trips to the post office for stamps and other postal needs. Plus, you can add your own messages to the meter imprint for a small fee. Check out www.pb.com

I bill monthly and send them via snail-mail. I'm going to include a self addressed stamp envelope with the bill this year. I'm hoping to get checks back faster this way.

We just bought 4200 stamps it’s expensive but needed I have a mailing, renewals, and billing so they will all be gone in about 3 weeks. But as for delivering by hand let me put it this way. Last fall I had to scout out lawns that were ready for fall clean ups I only drove by them stopped for 1 min at the most. Spent 10 hours in the truck that day and did not even get to all of my accounts so I think I will stick to the stamps. Once spring ends it will get easier and I should only be using 250 stamps a month for the rest of the year.

If your a real business mail them its tax deductible, you probly can't take a deduction if you dont have a business license though.

We use stamps.com to print the stamps on the envelope and print the address right from Outlook or Quickbooks.

It's a pain sending them out, but the last thing I need to do is worry about delivering a bill and placing it in a spot on the house that can be secure.

USPS can do that for me.

Stamps.com. Print out the whole list onto envelopes w/ postage with a few clicks. SWEET
