    Hello All,

We have been in business going on 8 years now, mainly working in the residential market. We are a maintenance company (mowing, mulching, pruning, etc.)
I am currently accessing our entry into the commercial market. We do not offer fertilization and pest control services. This is something we will have to sub out. Just wondering if any of you are in the same postion ?

I have experience selling to commercial clients (large apartment complexes, HOA'S, Property Management firms, etc.) I worked for a large (6.5 Million) company as an Account Manager. This company only did maintenance for commercial properties, it opened my eyes to this sector of the market.

My .02 is that if you worked for a large company as an account manager you don't need the "experts" opinions and advice on this purely entertainment site. You have prior experience and 8 years running your own show.
