    hey guys,
Me and my friend are currently in the process of starting our lawn care business and things are getting stressful. We are ready to print our flyer, buying the rest of our equipment, targeted our neighborhoods, and ready for spring.

But ive still some questions that i haven't got clear answers on. If im only getting about 30-40 lawns do i need to get a business license and register my business (like an LLC) or can i just mow the lawns like i have in the past? And by the way i am planning on getting insurance.

First off where are you going to be located, just a recommendation, don't get a partner, Most areas you need a DBA or doing business as, you need liability insurance, in most areas its a minimum of 500 000, again most area you do need to be licensed, and regarding the LLC,CORP,INC etc if you want to protect your personal assets get incorporated.

Definitely register your business and get insured. You want to be smart and cover yourself. Good luck!
