Is going after a realtor freind and asking for business as I also pass out flyers a good idea?
Most on here will tell you to stay away from realtors and friends. Flyers are always a good idea. Just be prepared to pass out thousands.
Pass out fliers, get a few customers, neighbors perhaps. If you do a good job and are honest the word will spread, I'm 13, started at 10 or 11, got 1 customer, then his girl friend wanted me to do her lawn, then her mother, then her mothers neighbor.. etc
oh and, your gonna have to work harder than a mule to
Realtors are great, there looking for a quick sale of the house so you cut today and we'll pay you whenever applies....stay away, if it's your friend move away even further
