Again this may be overly ambitious and un realistic, which is why I'm consulting you guys, but what about starting up 2 or more mowing crews in 2 or more towns within a close proximity of each other? I realize it would take more of an investment fore equipment, marketing, payroll, etc., but smaller populated towns yeild fewer results to marketing. At least you could expand quicker by branching out at twice the speed. You'd just have to live on a smaller salary and reinvest a large pecentage of your net into your business. I'm ready for your critisisms.

What is your experience level and I don't mean with a mower but business. How do you plan to pay everything and don't say with money.

I was raised in Radford so if you're talking about B-burg and C-burg I would stick to one crew for now. The towns are close enough that it would be cheaper to set up your routes correctly and pay for the gas and travel time opposed to trying to equip and staff 2 crews.
