Hey guys I am looking at starting a service in Virginia and wondering if anyone knows what all I need to truly be legit. I was just going to throw out a few fliers and all but apparently that only works when you are a kid, now i need insurance and licenses and all. Thanks for any and all advice!

City business license, liability insurance (I recommend Erie, they were the cheapest), and if you plan on spraying get a license for that too. Be sure to start small and don't get too big too fast. I learned the hard way, but I also learned from my mistakes.

go take advantage of the fall weather, and rake leaves, and the winter go shovel the walks, for people, if you don't have a harsh winter, you won't make much money, but you will get your name out there and get some clients, that way, but you'll get your name out there :p
