What are the steps you take after you run over a sprinkler head?
Ever lost a customer do to the way you handled the situation?
Do you carry some kind of repair kit? Thanks

We carry an basic irrigation supplies it the tool box at all times. You should always let the homeowner know that you have ran over the sprinkler and you will fix it before you leave ( or I'm going to Home Depot to get parts ) .

carrying a few extra sprinkler heads in your truck is a good idea. Not to mention caps just in case you don't have the right head. Definitely let the customer know and tell them its your responsibility to fix it. IMO its not worth losing a customer over so I would take care of it.

We don't carry the supplies, but Ill quickly replace it, though. It won't be from home cheapo, though. It has to be replacd with atLAST the equivilent of what was there.
