Stihl Backpack Blower Help!!!

    Looking into purchasing a new Stihl backpack blower. Narrowed my options down to the 430, 550, and 600. Any experience with any of these would be appreciated, thanks.

    anything less than the 600 is a waste. yes it costs more. you will thank yourself later.

    agreed, buy a 600 and don't look back. i got three 600's and love them!

    Hold on there.....the 600 is still FAILING in our market buy the 420 it is a 2 stroke. And if you think it isn't powerful enough get the big Echo since it is a 2 stroke. I seen another 600 last week that had a busted sump and not cost effective to repair. Nobody would buy a used one in our area.

    I have a 600 and it works great! Been running it almost 4 years! and no problems yet!

    600 on the way. My kids use my 420. I even do cleanups in the spring with it, i blow all the sticks and dead grass. I bought mine when they first come out and last year I replaced the carburetor with a new and improved one. I have push blowers I never use because the 600 is that good.
