has anyone used the vacuum attachment on the BG85

I have several customers today, wanting their leaves vacuumed instead of mulched or using a blower.

Thanks in advance for your input

I used on this fall to clean up in a few beds. Worked pretty good for a small job or in tight spaces. But don't plan on trying to clean up a yard with it. The only problem I had if it sucked up a 2" or large piece of wood it would get caught in the blower and kill the engine. On guy on here had one suck up a rock and shot thru the housing and into his leg can't remember his name off hand. If you got a BG85 wouldn't hurt to have a vac attachment for it for a small job here and there I beleive I paid $30 for mine.

I have the echo model, comparable to the stihl. It is good for cleaning up small stuff, like in the corner of flower beds. But I try to use as little as possible. It will clog and get jammed up with sticks or mulch and even with leaves. Would not reccomend it for anything larger than that. It would take forever to do a yard with it...
