Stolen Lawn Equipment - Pictures

    On July 21st between 9 pm and 6 am on July 22nd, persons hotwired and stole my pickup truck sitting in my driveway. Also attached to my 99 Dodge truck was 16' trailer, 2 commercial lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers, craftsmen tools, snap-on tools, a pistol, and more.

    This theft occured in Southern Marshall County near Hardin, Kentucky and less than 1/2 mile from hwy 641 and 402 (the old hwy 80). Also stolen on the same night on Hwy 402 was another 16' trailer with 2 commercial mowers. Over $50,000 was stolen this night.     The following items were stolen:

    1999 Dodge 2500 SLT Extended Cab Short Bed Diesel Pickup
    Ignition was broken out during the theft
    Maroon with Chrome on Bottom
    Chrome Tubular Bedrails & Sidesteps
    5th Wheel Hitch in Truck Bed

    Red Max Handheld Blower (HB250)
    Stil – Handheld Trimmer (HS80)
    Solo – 2 Backpack Sprayers
    Craftsman – Extra Large Tool Box & Tools
    Elvex –Protective Headphones w/ Radio (Yellow – COM666R)
    Misc. Tools, Shovels, Racks, Axes, Safety Equipment, Gas Cans

    These items along with other commercial mowers and trailers have been stolen in Marshall County over the past few weeks.

    Keep your eyes open…you might end up with some reward money in your pocket!

    I'm going to help you with this.

    IF ANYBODY SPOTS A TWIN ENGINE DIXIE CHOPPER call Terry at 270-703-2884 or 270-703-2883 or Marshall County Sheriff’s Office at 270-527-COPS.

    They only built a few of these mowers and of the ones they did build there's even less of them left alive. It should stick out like a sore thumb.

    WOW, your whole business is stolen out from under you, very sorry to hear that man!

    Keep your eyes on eBay & craigslist for your stuff!

    Why don't expensive commercial mowers have titles just like vehicles do?

    Man, that sucks. I wonder if we can put a lo-jack device on the mower. I am always worried about something like this happening. Good luck, and when you find the idiots that stole your equipment, give them a fresh cut.

    You can basicly put a lo-jack on anything and people are putting a similar device's on their kids now!
