Strange question about allergies and customers

Has anyone ever had a customer complain about grass allergies while you are mowing their lawn. Couple of people complaining about their allergies acting up when I cut a paticular comercial lawn. They have asked for my schedule and will try to work around my cutting. The schedule thing is not working already due to the rain we have had. How far would you go to please customer and any ideas about reducing their allergy attacks for them while I mow. Customer is always right, well I think not always.

I guess just give them a call the day before so they have an idea of when you'll be around. You might let them know that the rain will be changing your schedule slightly.

If your schedule is busy enough that some lawns need to be cut when there is still dew on the ground then consider doing them at this time.
