Sub contracting

    Does any one know about any rules and regulations that I might incounter if I start sub contracting landscaping or seal coating or things of this nature:confused:

    My oppinion think strongly about Incorporating ...this will protect you personaly ...Also be sure you are fully insured.

    Accurately reprent what you're going to perform and you'll be fine.

    It's wise (if not imperitive) to have signed contracts with BOTH your client and your sub.

    Thank you for your advise. I am incorporated under the name of Ewald Enterprises, Inc. and my lawn care company is a division of this corporation.

    If you do any subcontracting make sure that everything is in writing (contract).
