Subbing rates?

How much should I try to get if I decide to sub to another LCO? For myself I always get at least $40 (usually $50) an hour AFTER travel time, averaged over all my accounts. So usually about a dollar a minute or a little higher on job time. I am happy at that, but add in the office work of it and I'd guess $35 an hour would be ok to sub at? I'm 16 do this a few days a week so I can take more fill-in work if I can get it...

what do you guys think?
Thanks,
Eric

*on edit- I meant if I work for an LCO with my equipment, not if I hire an LCO to help me*
