    i am new in to the business and i want to get some sub work, well, i build up my business. Who would i talk too? Should i just call some local LCO or what?

    Yeah, see if you can't meet some local people. I have several people around me that I know and use all the time. It really makes things easy when you can subcontract out things you can't do and then still make money on them.

    in my small town there is a guy that does all the lawn apps, a guy that does the hydro seeding a guy that does the irr. and we all use each other. we have all agreed not to drive prices down by competing in the same small market. works well for us may not others though hope this helps.

    I have made much money both for myself and them in recent years.

    Where abouts are you? I get mowing work come in all the time, and refer it out. We network by area. In other words, the guys I know south of me, get the work south of me.
