The day I reserved the skid steer with sweeper it looks like rain, should I hold off or will it still sweep fine? I know it will keep down the dust but it is supposed to rain the whole day I have the machine, I am renting and don't want to waste money.
    Thanks

Shouldn't be a problem at all. I used a Bobcat pickup sweeper and sprayed down the whole lot before hand with a firehose. In fact, before I sprayed everything down, it was making quite a dust cloud. I was right next to a main road in an industrial area and didn't want to create a traffic hazard and cause someone to have accident. I could see the lawsuits from that in our sue happy world.

I never had a problem sweeping in the rain, just have to empty the sweeper a little more often so you dont have mud oozing out.
