I'm going to start using syn oil in my scag. It has <100 hrs. I've been told that in the long run it is better for the engines also more hrs btw oil changes. Would this also be true for my F250.
185,000 miles '95. Has only had rotella in it since the first oil change. Are synthetic oils worth the price

Synthetic oils have their benefits, however, swithcing to synthetic oil in a high mileage engine is not recommended. Synthetic oil use will cause oil leaks, most notably around the main seals.
