Pictures of homes and yards and fences. I never been up north.
I would send a letter to all those 700 costumers, once in the early spring, one in the summer when grass is growing. Give them a better price if they recommend you to their neighbors .
As for signs, i would only put them on the beds once you do a big job, like mulching , pruning, weeding , ect.
I will get you pics. Your not missing anything, especially the property taxes!! One historic upper class town 20k a year easy for the land. That’s in my old county. I keep going south.
Also I forgot to mention/want to mention Facebook has been getting me a decent amount of work over the last couple seasons. I haven’t put any money out to advertise either, and doing alright.
Wanted to update. No lawn sign(s) or anything. My business Facebook page has kept me pretty busy local. I am pleased with the results, Lawns are starting to grow here. Will post back again for anyone following, or that have a question.
@ed2hess here are some average lawns in my town. Higher end.. We’re Mulching currently..
If you go south here, it’s much more open, and country.. I like the mix of both, but stay in my town for the most part.
Will get some better pics. These were semi rushed to get to the next job, and the yards have more turf than pictured
Thanks!!,much appreciated. The customers 2 dogs bolted in between me and my wheel barrel.. going through the back gate. I chased them for almost a block before getting them back to the house. Just glad I got them back
They can be a pain can’t they, thankfully I only have one customer with dogs
