If the forecast calls for a low of 33 degrees should I worry? How about a low of 29?

No. I would cover up the PVB tho with a blanket or towel, etc. But the ground is warm enough not to freeze overnight so that shouln't pose a threat to pipes and heads.

Just cover up the PVB or RP if your worried. OR you can sell the client an insulated jacket that wraps around the backflow preventer and velcros on all sides. I've sold 4 so far this spring. Costs $20. Sell it for $40. 30 seconds to install if you're on site.

On another note, it's been snowing here all day and I have dozens of systems up and going. Doesn't look like it will get that cold though. Canceled my afternoon and probably tomorrow as well. Maybe our Colorado spring weather is back, and our drought will be history soon. Mtns expecting 12-18 inches.

    Woo Hoo!!!
