    that's what i try to keep tellin myself anyway. It's almost enough to persuade me to fix the AC in the truck, almost.

    104° today at 4:30. My pool water is a very comfortable 78°. We'll be going for the blocks of ice for the pool in a day or two.

    104 in Richmond In. Yesterday and 101 today. A thunderstorm brought close to a 1/2 inch of much needed rain. Drought has lasted over 20 days so far with no end in sight.

    Take one of those $100 bills that you have stuffed into your mattress and head over to Walmart. They'll sell you a new a-can-do and you can put it in your window.
     
  10. Man, for all the criticism Florida gets on this board, we have had rain the last 6 weeks consistently and temps b/t 85-90....how you like them apples?
