I've never paid that much attention to that part of the Certainty label -8.6
I wonder when they say "after Poa has germination" do they mean started germination in the ground or emerged? Seems to me if it had that much residual soil activity on Poa in the germination stage then it would also inhibit the germination of the Rye

I agree. I tried the certainty on 2 fields and it didn't seem to effect the ryegrass germination. What is really weird is I thought a July app of metsulfuron messed up ryegrass germination one fall several years ago. The negate label which contains metsulfuron lets you apply shortly before overseeding.
