well i'd mow my friend's lawn in an attempt to polish out my pricing skills, his yard is about 1 acre with five trees flower beds drive way and walk way,
we (2 men crew) finish it all in about one hour using a 60" zt, edger, weed-eater power blow and few hand tools. the number that i came up with was $91.5 i'm thinking on round it up to $95.even.... hopefully.

well now i'll be more than glad to know what you guys think about it, constructive criticism will be very welcome.

Seems high to me. For an acre with a zt you should be done in 40 mins with a 2 man crew. I would go around 60 to 70 but that's in north carolina.

1 acre 95$ i highly doubt it,then again i dont know the pricing in your area but around here that would be more like 60-70 tops.

When people say 1 acre, I never know if they are talking about the lot size or the lawn size, because there is a big diffence. People have said they find me priced high, but my 1 acre lawn size properties get billed $124.99 per visit

$65 is about what I charge on average for an acre. I think you maybe too high too. It shouldn't take that long either. I have a 48" and a 36" and I can pull an acre in no more than an hour by myself.

it is high for 1 acre of lawn, i average about $65 per acre as well here, depending on difficulty

65 an acre is the price for me, but around here the parks that are subbed out, are major lowballed to 25 an acre if you lucky!
