I go along with Hometown Lawn Care's thought on this. If you do decide to implement a bonus program, please let us know which you chose and how it worked out.

I would suggest that you take the time to handwrite the address's and leave space to sign your name as to avoid the 1000 copies at Kinkos look. It's actually cheaper too. Personal touches seem to have the best impact on your already customers.

I give a free mowing to anyone who refers me a new customer.. And I always give new customers their foirst two mowings for only 15.00..
