I see a couple of crews running those on ROW banks aside the highways and they do work. Along 169 highway just north of downtown there is a couple mile stretch of very steep bank that is maintained by a crew of guys with trimmers. I can't help but think they would be much better with a few of these mowers.

I'm thinking at some point in the future landscapes will be designed with robotic mowers in mind.

I have said it since my parents got a Roomba vacuum sweeper in the early 2000's. I wonder when Roomba is going to make a solar powered robotic vacuum that is solar powered. If it cuts 12 hours on/12 hours off, it will have no issues with grass.

sweet mower but i couldn't help but notice the guy in the background was doing all the hard work while the robot did the easy work of mowing the grass. i wonder if that's the future we have to look forward to? robots doing all the easy jobs while we still do the harder more labor intensive work?
