It was directed at Tim but I skimmed it. That is interesting. So it is a continuing battle between the plant closing its stomata in defense and the pathogen evolving ways to re-open or keep them open? Yikes, super bacteria.

Good thing e-coli is not highly evolved in the phylosphere. Confocal microscope is on my list.
