OK, you re-write, condense them, shine them up, we can go from there...
PM's and email are sent through a database and encrypted. We have to rely on members reporting and or forwarding messages that might infringe on rules and regulations.
When I was cutting and landscaping I could only wish that I had this much extra time to critique business that was not mine.

"PM's and email are sent through a database and encrypted. We have to rely on members reporting and or forwarding messages that might infringe on rules and regulations." Nobody likes spam... when it happens, most people report or forward it.
Regardless... admin or moderators can terminate a users membership at any time, and at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
So, we don't have to 'base' our actions on any reason.

What is your major malfunction? Why the hell would you even suggest something like that? Sponsor'z' make this site possible. We can only be thankful that companies like eXmark, Ferris, Gravely, etc., etc., understood my vision and invested their money in something new.
