IMO its being able to manage time.
Organization. You cannot manage time well without organization.
Being of legal age to vote and better yet drink.
I agree with Baily, orginization.
Being a man of your word, (say what you mean, and mean what you say) and the ability to count without taking off you shoes helps.
Thats why I wear sandals
I try but for some reason my desk is always a mess. This year I broke down and bought a day planner. It hasnt even come out of the box yet.
Managing cash flow
It is suprising what some people were able to accomplish who didn't have enough sense to quit when everyone told them to.
