Its aeration season , my 2nd biggest moneymaker . All of the lawn companies are in a rush to aerate and they dont care if heads are marked or not . Today was 10 service calls and 16 heads replaced . Tomorrow is the same . Most all of the customers just deduct my bill from the aeration .

I think I’ve asked before, but what area do you service?

Let's say you replace 1 head at a site, do you charge a full service call or what?

the issue is too, that if they replace head most will throw any type of head with any nozzle, which sometimes throws the zones performance off.

I was about to say this. A head is a head, not true

Lol. In a professional forum you’d think the professional could have headed the thread professionally. :)
