I agree Homer, I it sounds like we are in simular situations. I am finally at the point where I have the ability to "drop" accounts when needed....THANK GOD. I dropped 6 accounts in April and am currently considering dropping 3 more. The current ones think everything should be included in the monthly fee, argue about what it cost, and at one I spend 10-15 at each mowing talking to this lady about nothing important.<p>I have been blessed lately with several good accounts in $500.000 + neighborhoods, no arguing or dickering, I have gained the trust of several of them and they tell me "do what ever it needs and send me the bill". I do not take advantage of this.<p>I have learned that it does not pay to deal with people who constantly argue about price, there are plenty good customers out there.
