Here it goes. I like the thread on your overhead I find it very interesting.
My question is.
How do you determine how much it cost you to operate your business daily or by the hour? Do you add everyting up then you come up with a magical formula to get the answer? I'm just courious.. Thanks Mark

I've written pretty extensively about this in the past in several forums. Search my old threads. Basically you have to have a good chart of accounts and payroll system whether you do it your self or have others do it. More details are in the old posts.
