First of all, with the questions and concerns I took my time to email, it would have been very hard for myself and the rep calling me on his cell phone to remember. That is why I felt each detail should have been addressed in the same way it was received... Through email! There was No hiding, it was just more than a simple phone call that was needed to address several issues.

About the mower itself... Unrealist hillside ability? I can assure you, in the 2 weeks I ran it for 11 hrs and that was plenty time to realize the machine was not for me.. I had hills in my own backyard that I had to pull out my other mowers for. It was meant to replace another mower, not to bring along to use occasionally. The fact that it was a 36" mower leads me to recognize that the smaller stand on mowers are not the best for hills. I am sure the larger they get the better they are on hills with the wider stance.

I know now to demo on my lawns before I purchase.
