You can run anywhere from about 5 lbs. to 15 lbs. Within reason, as the pressure goes up the ride comfort decreases. However, as the pressure goes down the ability for the castors to spin during a zeroturn or backing up becomes harder with more chance of a divot. I've settled on about 7 to 8 lbs. I'm 155lbs. Naturally, with "the best", you should be using it in the castored mode only.
Down the road spend the $100 and by new rims and tires for the WB and your ride comfort and cutting on rough ground with improve $100. This also turns your machine "almost" an SWB.
Go to this thread and scroll down to see a photo of the stock tires compared to the SWB's.
